Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hair Transplant Consultant located in Raipur. The Hair Transplant Consultant will engage with clients to assess their hair care needs, provide detailed consultations, and recommend personalized hair transplant and restoration solutions. Daily responsibilities include delivering pre and post-treatment guidance, coordinating with the medical team to ensure seamless delivery of services, and maintaining accurate client records. The consultant will also educate clients on preventive measures and assist in creating tailored treatment plans for optimal results.

Qualifications

• Strong client consultation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Deep understanding of hair care treatments, including hair transplant procedures and PRP therapy
• Ability to explain medical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner
• Organizational skills for maintaining detailed client records and coordinating with medical teams
• Basic knowledge of dermatological procedures is a plus
• Proficiency in providing exceptional customer service
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., health sciences, cosmetology, or similar) is preferred
• Proficiency in local languages is beneficial for client communication
