About JustVish Creative Studios
JustVish Creative Studios (JVCS) is a turn-key brand media company based in Bhubaneswar. We plan, shoot, edit and manage social media for retainer clients across real estate, hospitality and luxury, run our own personal-brand and AI-influencer channels, and produce graphic design, docu and ad-films – all things hyper creative.
Why This Role Exists
We’re growing fast, and we need someone to be the single point through which every brief, schedule and approval flows. We need a deputy to founder – a right hand who runs the day-to-day operation of the studio. You’ll make sure every short-turnaround task is delivered on time, every shoot is planned ahead of schedule, and nothing falls through the cracks. In short: you keep the engine running.
What You’ll Own
Production & Workflow Planning
• Own the master content calendar and production schedule across all client and in-house accounts – planning, shooting, editing and uploading.
• Plan shoots in advance: scheduling, call sheets, resourcing crew and equipment, and ensuring pre-production is ready before the shoot day.
• Run the creative workflow like a traffic manager – assign tasks, balance workload across editors, designers and social media managers, and keep short-turnaround requests moving to deadline.
• Track every client request from intake to delivery, ensuring content goes out on schedule and to spec.
Operations & Systems
• Lead our project management tool and drive team adoption of it as the single source of truth.
• Build and maintain a structured intake workflow so briefs no longer get lost across forms, voice notes and chats.
• Own SOPs and checklists – quality assurance before client delivery, onboarding new hires and freelancers, and file/cloud organisation.
• Maintain the vendor and freelancer roster with rates and availability, and manage outsourced relationships (e.g. website, design).
Team & Client Coordination
• Keep the in-house and remote team aligned – editors, videographers, social media managers, designer and ads manager.
• Coordinate client requests and approvals so the founder is the final sign-off, not the daily bottleneck.
• Consolidate monthly inputs into clear status and progress reporting.
• Help drive our AI-led content production and bring a tech-forward mindset to how we work.
Who You Are
• Based in Bhubaneswar with atleast 3+ years in operations, project/traffic management, production coordination or studio management – ideally within a creative agency, media house or production studio.
• A natural organiser energised by deadlines, schedules and moving parts – you make order out of creative chaos.
• Comfortable holding people accountable kindly but firmly, and chasing tasks to completion without being asked twice.
• You understand the social media and video production pipeline – how a brief becomes a shoot, an edit, an approval and an upload.
• Trustworthy enough to act as the founder’s deputy and represent the studio’s standards.
Key Skills & Tools
• Hands-on with a project management tool (Asana, ClickUp, Trello, Monday or similar) – setting up workflows, not just using them.
• Strong command of Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive, Calendar) for trackers, SOPs and scheduling.
• Working understanding of the content production process – shoots, editing timelines, social calendars and design requests.
• Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude and creative AI tools) to speed up planning and operations.
• Clear communication in English; Odia and/or Hindi a strong plus for managing local crews and vendors.
