We are looking for a Marketing Manager – Social Media & Engagement to build globbel’s digital presence, grow our audience, and generate qualified D2C brand leads through social media, content, webinars, events, and partner-led engagement.
Role Overview
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for increasing globbel’s followers, awareness, engagement, and inbound leads across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and partner communities.
This role is ideal for someone who understands D2C brands, startup ecosystems, founder-led marketing, B2B social media, and lead generation through content and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Growth & Engagement
· Develop and execute social media strategies for LinkedIn and Instagram to grow globbel’s follower base, engagement, and brand visibility.
· Create and manage content calendars including posts, reels, carousels, founder-led content, brand success stories, market insights, partner announcements, and campaign updates.
· Engage with D2C founders, brand owners, eCommerce communities, startup networks, and ecosystem partners to build conversations and increase platform visibility.
· Track platform performance including follower growth, reach, engagement rate, impressions, clicks, and lead conversions.
· Lead Generation for D2C Brands
· Webinars, Events & Partner Engagement
· Content & Brand Communication
Required Skills
· Strong understanding of LinkedIn and Instagram growth strategies.
· Experience in social media marketing, content planning, campaign execution, and engagement building.
· Ability to generate business leads through digital marketing and community-led channels.
· Good writing skills with the ability to create sharp, founder-friendly content.
· Experience managing webinars, events, or partner-led marketing campaigns.
· Comfortable working with sales, partnerships, design, and leadership teams.
· Strong organizational skills, ownership mindset, and ability to manage multiple campaigns at once.
Good to Have
· Experience with D2C, eCommerce, startups, SaaS, export, logistics, or marketplace businesses.
· Understanding of lead generation funnels, CRM tracking, campaign analytics, and performance reporting.
· Experience with tools such as Canva, LinkedIn Analytics, Instagram Insights, Google Sheets, HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp, or similar platforms.
Success Metrics
· Follower growth on LinkedIn and Instagram.
· Increase in engagement rate, impressions, and content reach.
· Number of qualified D2C brand leads generated.
· Webinar and event registrations, attendance, and post-event leads.
· Partner-led campaign performance.
· Conversion of marketing leads into sales pipeline.
