Key Responsibilities:

• Support the marketing team in planning and executing marketing campaigns for residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate projects.
• Assist in creating and managing marketing content for digital platforms, including social media, email campaigns, and project promotions.
• Coordinate with creative agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders for marketing initiatives.
• Support lead generation activities through digital campaigns, property events, exhibitions, and customer engagement programs.
• Assist in organizing project launches, site events, channel partner meets, and promotional activities.
• Maintain project marketing collateral, customer databases, image libraries, and campaign records.
• Support customer engagement initiatives and gather feedback to enhance brand experience and communication effectiveness.

Educational Qualifications & Competencies:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Management, or related disciplines.

Note : Candidates who have completed or are pursuing a Master’s Degree are not eligible for this internship opportunity.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of branding, digital marketing, customer engagement, and real estate market trends.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with social media platforms.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills will be an added advantage.
