Role Description The IT Junior Executive role at Ray Life Sciences Pvt. Ltd. is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The role involves providing day-to-day technical support to internal users, including hardware and software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, printers, and related IT assets. The IT Junior Executive will assist in basic network administration tasks, such as monitoring connectivity, supporting LAN/WAN issues, and coordinating with senior IT staff or vendors for escalations. Responsibilities also include maintaining IT inventory, supporting user account management, monitoring system performance, and ensuring adherence to company IT policies and security guidelines. The role requires regular coordination with cross-functional teams to minimize downtime and support smooth business operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• .Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills to diagnose and resolve user issues efficiently.
• Knowledge of network administration and IT operations for managing basic LAN/WAN, system monitoring, and routine maintenance.
• Foundational understanding of information technology concepts, including operating systems, office productivity tools, and security best practices.
• Ability to document issues, solutions, and procedures clearly, and maintain accurate records of IT assets and tickets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support users at different levels and collaborate with team members.
