Catalog Executive Full Time

We are looking for a detail-oriented Catalog Executive to manage and optimize our product presence across major e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra) and quick-commerce platforms (Zepto, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart). The ideal candidate will list every SKU with precision, highlighting key ingredients, shade variants, and usage instructions to drive conversions.

1.  Listing & SKU Management  

Create and manage high-quality product listings, ensuring all mandatory attributes (ingredients, skin type, shelf life, net weight) are accurately filled.

Expertly manage parent-child variations for different shades, pack sizes, and beauty bundles.

 Utilize bulk upload templates and flat files to update pricing, stock, or descriptions across multiple platforms simultaneously  

 2. Content & SEO Optimization  

 Optimize titles, bullet points, and backend keywords using high-volume search terms related to current trends.

 Work with the design team to ensure high-resolution product imagery, swatches, and A+ Content (EBC) are correctly uploaded and aligned with brand guidelines.

 3 Catalog Hygiene  

Monitor listings for “Search Suppressed” status, “Out of Stock” errors, or pricing glitches and resolve them immediately by raising tickets with marketplace support.

 Maintain uniform catalog quality across the platform

 4. Inventory  

Stock Monitoring: Coordinate with the warehouse and supply chain teams to ensure listed inventory matches physical stock levels.

 Key Skills & Requirements  

• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce catalog management
• Experience in beauty/personal care category preferred
• Strong understanding of marketplace and Qcom panels (Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart, blinkit Zepto)
• Basic knowledge of SEO and keyword optimization
• High attention to detail (critical for shade and variant accuracy)
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
