Role Description

The YouTube Manager role at Code Brew Labs is a full-time, on-site position based in Mohali district. The primary responsibilities include managing the company’s YouTube presence by creating high-quality video content, developing and implementing optimization strategies, analyzing channel performance metrics, and engaging with the audience. The candidate will also plan and execute campaigns to increase subscribers and reach while collaborating closely with creative, marketing, and product teams to ensure brand consistency.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in YouTube channel management, including video editing, uploading, and thumbnail creation.
• Proficiency in SEO and content optimization specific to YouTube.
• Experience in analytics tools to track performance and draw actionable insights.
• Ability to research trends and audience preferences to curate relevant and engaging content.
• Creative storytelling and scriptwriting skills for video content.
• Familiarity with digital marketing, audience engagement strategies, and social media platforms.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of marketing techniques aimed at growing a YouTube channel’s reach and subscriber base.
• Relevant experience in video production and marketing strategies is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field preferred.
