Job Title: Email Support Executive (Non-Voice) – International UK/US Process

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 12th Pass
• Minimum 6 Months of International UK/US Process Experience (Mandatory)
• Excellent Written and Verbal English Communication Skills
• C1 Level English Proficiency
• Strong Grammar, Writing, and Email Drafting Skills

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via email professionally and efficiently
• Provide accurate resolutions while maintaining quality standards
• Ensure timely responses and customer satisfaction
• Follow process guidelines and company policies

Requirements:

• Strong typing and computer skills
• Customer-focused approach
• Immediate joiners preferred

Note: Only candidates with a minimum of 6 months of International UK/US Process experience are eligible to apply.

Pay: ₹29,454.61 – ₹32,872.24 per month
