Human Resources (HR) Executive in Delhi, Delhi Full Time

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Manage attendance, leave records, and employee documentation.
• Coordinate employee confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.
• Generate HR reports and MIS as required.

Payroll & Compliance

Assist in monthly payroll processing and verification.

Coordinate statutory compliance related to PF, ESI, gratuity, and labor laws.
