Job Summary

We are looking for a Service Desk Analyst (L1) with experience in IT Help Desk, Service Desk, or Technical Support. The candidate will be responsible for providing first-level technical support, handling incidents and service requests, troubleshooting user issues, and ensuring timely resolution through ticketing tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L1 technical support to end users.
• Handle incidents and service requests through ServiceNow or similar tools.
• Troubleshoot Windows OS, Outlook, Office 365, printer, and basic networking issues.
• Provide remote support to users.
• Escalate unresolved issues to higher support teams.
• Follow SLA guidelines and maintain ticket updates.
• Deliver excellent customer service.

Mandatory Skills

• 2–5 years of Service Desk / IT Support experience.
• ServiceNow experience.
• Windows OS support experience.
• Microsoft Office 365 and Outlook support.
• Printer troubleshooting experience.
• Basic networking knowledge.
• Remote support experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
