About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Global Data Analyst to support business decision-making through data-driven insights. You will work with sales, prescription (Rx), patient, and market data to create reports, dashboards, and presentations
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets and convert findings into actionable business insights.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations using sales, Rx, patient, and market data.
- Monitor and analyze key business KPIs such as sales, growth, and market share.
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and visualizations.
- Develop and execute SQL, Hadoop, and Oracle-based scripts for data analysis.
- Ensure data accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of analytical outputs.
- Maintain project documentation, SOPs, and quality control processes.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify business opportunities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and respond to ad hoc analytical requests.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- Experience working with business KPIs such as sales, growth, market share, or reven
Technical Skills
- Advanced Excel, VBA, and PowerPoint.
- Power BI and data visualization expertise.
- Python for analytics and automation.
- Strong SQL skills.
- Experience with Hadoop, Oracle, or large-scale databases.
- Exposure to BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Professional Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with IQVIA datasets.
- Knowledge of US Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, or Life Sciences industries.
- Exposure to sales, patient, or prescription (Rx) analytics.
