About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Lead with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition to join our growing team. In this role, you will be a strategic partner to business leaders, owning the complete employee lifecycle while driving an effective and scalable hiring engine. You will blend HR generalist expertise with hands-on recruiting capabilities to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
• Own end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level roles across functions.
• Design and implement scalable sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and campus hiring.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, draft JDs, and shortlist candidates.
• Manage the candidate pipeline, coordinate interviews, and drive offer negotiations.
• Track and report key recruiting metrics (TAT, offer-to-join ratio, cost-per-hire, etc.).
• Build and maintain a robust talent pool for future hiring needs.
HR Operations & Generalist Functions
• Manage onboarding and induction programs to ensure a seamless new-hire experience.
• Oversee HR operations: documentation, HRMS management, compliance, and policy implementation.
• Support payroll inputs, leave management, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary processes fairly and timely.
People Development & Engagement
• Drive performance management processes including goal-setting, reviews, and PIPs.
• Coordinate learning & development initiatives and training calendars.
• Conceptualize and execute employee engagement activities and pulse surveys.
• Monitor attrition trends and drive proactive retention strategies.
HR Strategy & Analytics
• Partner with leadership to align HR strategy with business objectives.
• Prepare and present HR dashboards, headcount forecasts, and workforce planning reports.
• Drive initiatives around DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) and employer branding.
Qualifications & Experience:
• MBA / PGDM in Human Resources from a recognized institution.
• 3–7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in talent acquisition.
• Prior experience in a fast-paced startup, IT, or tech-enabled environment preferred.
• Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (Zoho Recruit, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
• Proficiency with HRMS tools (Darwinbox, GreytHR, Keka, or similar).
