Assistant Manager- Martech & Growth Full Time NEW

The Growth team at CASE Platforms owns the infrastructure that powers how we acquire, engage, and retain users across smallcase and Tickertape. We sit at the intersection of marketing, product, and engineering — building the systems, integrations, and measurement frameworks that make growth legible and repeatable.

About The Role

We’re looking for someone to own the martech layer across CASE Platforms’s consumer products, including smallcase and Tickertape. That means the integrations, tracking systems, and processes that keep our marketing stack running cleanly and our data trustworthy.

You’ll have a point of view on how the stack should be built, not just how it should run. You’ll write PRDs, drive engineering to ship, and be the person who notices something is off before anyone else does.

What You’ll Be DoingMartech Product Management

You own the full lifecycle of martech on our stack — from scoping requirements and driving engineering execution, to instrumenting platforms correctly and making sure the data coming out of them can be trusted.

That means you’re as comfortable writing a PRD as you are debugging a misfiring event.

• Write PRDs for martech requirements — scoped and documented well enough that engineering can execute with minimal ambiguity
• Own the setup, configuration, and ongoing health of our core marketing platforms — Facebook/Meta SDK, Firebase, Google Tag Manager, AppsFlyer, CleverTap, and MoEngage
• Own event instrumentation accuracy across core marketing platforms; proactively catch misfires, missing parameters, duplicates, and integration gaps before they affect decisions
• Stay ahead of platform updates across the stack; implement changes ahead of deprecations and policy shifts

CRM & Channel Ownership

• Execute campaigns on CleverTap and MoEngage and manage on-product marketing content through our internal CMS.
• Own the health and performance of our marketing comms channels — WhatsApp, Push Notifications, RCS, and SMS. Monitor delivery rates across all marketing channels — detect anomalies, set up alerting with the comms team, and act as the first point of escalation when issues arise
• Stay on top of new channel capabilities — WhatsApp Flows, RCS features, direct integrations — and bring a clear POV to the team on what’s worth adopting

Experience

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years in martech, growth engineering, or a closely related role
• Experience writing PRDs or functional specs and driving execution with product and engineering teams
• Hands-on experience managing and troubleshooting marketing platforms — AppsFlyer, GTM, Meta/Facebook SDK, CleverTap or MoEngage
• Proven track record of owning event tracking and instrumentation end to end
• Prior experience at a consumer internet or fintech company is a strong plus

Skills & Mindset

• Hands-on with Google Tag Manager and mobile attribution — MMPs, SKAdNetwork, cohort analysis
• Strong working knowledge of server-side tracking — Meta Conversions API, Google Consent Mode, or equivalent
• Comfortable with CRM platforms (CleverTap, MoEngage) beyond just campaign execution — integrations, event schemas, audience logic
• Analytical approach to detect a discrepancy in event data and methodical enough to trace it to root cause
• Strong cross-functional communicator — able to translate between marketing, product, and engineering without losing fidelity
• High ownership mindset — you follow things through, not just flag them

Bonus Points

• Experience with Google Apps Script, Python, or any scripting for reporting automation
• Familiarity with MCP integrations or AI-powered martech tooling
• Exposure to messaging channel operations — WhatsApp Business API, RCS, SMS delivery infrastructure
• Background in fintech or consumer investing products
