### Qualification

* CA Inter / Semi-Qualified CA

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting

* 2–4 years of experience in accounting, finance, audit, or startup finance

### Key Responsibilities

* Manage accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting for multiple clients

* Prepare Founder MIS, Investor MIS, and business performance reports

* Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management

* Perform financial analysis and prepare management reports

* Support statutory audits, internal audits, and due diligence assignments

* Review financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards

* Coordinate with clients, auditors, and internal teams

* Assist in fundraising readiness, financial modeling, and investor reporting

### Desired Skills

* Strong understanding of accounting and finance fundamentals

* Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools

* Good financial analytical and problem-solving skills

* Experience in report drafting and business presentations

* Knowledge of audit procedures and financial controls

* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

* Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment

### Preferred

* Experience working with funded startups, venture-backed companies, or startup ecosystems

* Exposure to Founder MIS, Investor MIS, Board Reporting, Financial Modeling, or Due Diligence assignments will be an added advantage.
