Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Google Ads role based in the Greater Delhi Area. The Google Ads Specialist will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing performance-driven Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Video, and other relevant networks. The role includes conducting keyword research, building ad groups, writing ad copy, setting up conversion tracking, and optimizing bids and budgets to achieve target KPIs. The specialist will analyze campaign performance, generate reports, and provide insights and recommendations to internal teams and clients. Day-to-day responsibilities also include collaborating with creative and marketing teams to align ad messaging with brand guidelines, A/B testing ad variations and landing pages, and staying current with Google Ads best practices and platform updates.
Qualifications

• Creative leadership skills in Creative Direction and Art Direction to guide impactful, performance-focused ad concepts.
• Strong Branding experience to ensure Google Ads campaigns align with brand identity and positioning.
• Graphics and Graphic Design capabilities to collaborate effectively on ad creatives and visual assets.
• Hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video, Performance Max) with a track record of achieving ROAS, CPA, or lead targets.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics (or GA4), and related tools for tracking, reporting, and optimization.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-informed decisions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to stakeholders.
• Ability to work on-site in the Greater Delhi Area, collaborate in cross-functional teams, and manage multiple campaigns concurrently.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree (e.g., Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications) or equivalent practical experience.
• Google Ads certification and prior agency or performance marketing experience are advantageous.
