Role Description The RMC Plant Incharge will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) plant at the Noida site in a full-time, on-site capacity. Responsibilities include planning and monitoring production, coordinating raw material procurement, and ensuring consistent concrete quality as per project specifications and industry standards. The role involves supervising plant staff, managing shifts, maintaining equipment, and implementing preventive maintenance schedules in coordination with the maintenance team. The RMC Plant Incharge will track inventory, optimize resource utilization, and maintain accurate records of production, dispatches, and quality tests. The position also requires strict adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory guidelines, along with close coordination with project, logistics, and quality control teams to meet daily supply requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of RMC plant operations, concrete production processes, batching systems, and mix design fundamentals.
• Experience in managing plant teams, including supervision of operators, technicians, and support staff, with a focus on safety and efficiency.
• Ability to monitor and maintain equipment performance, coordinate preventive maintenance, and minimize downtime.
• Proficiency in production planning, inventory management, and coordination with procurement and logistics teams.
• Understanding of quality control procedures for concrete, including sampling, testing, and compliance with relevant standards and specifications.
• Familiarity with basic computer applications and, preferably, plant automation or batching software.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under time pressure and meet dispatch schedules.
• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field; relevant RMC or construction industry experience is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of site safety practices, environmental compliance, and documentation required for audits and reporting.
