Job Description

This role delivers technical solutions and support to customers allowing them to maximize their investment in Microsoft cloud technology. The ideal candidates will have experience leading in a customer-facing consulting role and proven success in implementing and supporting Microsoft on-prem and cloud-based solutions.

What we expect from you

Professional Experience

(‘General Requirements’ experience required, plus at least one additional ‘Focus Area’)

Cloud Solutions Architect: General Requirements

5+ years of experience in customer-facing, IT consulting roles strongly preferred.

Focus Area: On Prem Infrastructure

• Experience with implementing, managing, and maintaining On Prem Active directory services.
• Experience with Windows Servers and Windows Components like DNS, File Servers, DFS, Certificate Authority, DHCP, NPS and IIS, Domain Trusts, Sites and Services, etc.
• Basic SQL Server knowledge is good to have.
• Familiarity with Virtualization concepts and hands on experience with platforms like Hyper V, VMWare, etc.
• Expert knowledge of on-Premises networking concepts and network topologies.
• Experience with managing and assigning GPOs.
• Experience with Windows Desktop deployment management & troubleshooting.

Focus Area: Microsoft 365

5 years’ experience in working with Microsoft 365 workstreams as part of primary responsibilities.

Technical skills:

• Deep expertise and familiarity with the M365 suite including but not limited to Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive for Business and related services.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 licensing
• Hands on experience with implementation or management of Entra ID (Azure AD), MFA and Conditional Access Policies.
• Strong understanding of different authentication protocols like SAML, OAuth, etc.
• Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune)
• Skilled at developing advanced PowerShell scripts and automation solutions to streamline administrative tasks and enhance operational efficiency.
• Experience delivering solutions with Microsoft Security including but not limited to the Microsoft Defender Suite, Cloud App Security, Information Protection,
• Deep understanding of Microsoft Governance and Compliance tools like Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Priva, DLP policies, etc.
• Teams Voice experience is nice to have.

Other Skills & Responsibilities:

• Prior consulting and advisory experience with clients
• Technical troubleshooting skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree Preferred

Certifications in any of the following would be nice to have (not mandatory):

• Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert (MS102)
• Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals (SC900)
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate (MS700)
