Customer Service Representative (Sales Support) Full Time NEW

Upkarak Tech Solutions is looking for a Customer Service Representative to support customer communication, CRM management, lead qualification, and customer follow-up activities.

The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, organized, and comfortable working with international customers in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer inquiries through phone, email, and CRM systems.
• Qualify leads and coordinate with the Business Development team.
• Follow up with prospects and existing customers.
• Maintain accurate customer records and communication logs.
• Generate and assign qualified leads.
• Resolve customer concerns and provide timely support.
• Schedule meetings and coordinate customer communications.
• Support sales and account management teams.
• Maintain reports and CRM updates.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, Customer Success, or Call Center Operations.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Experience using CRM software.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Willingness to occasionally attend meetings aligned with US Eastern Time Zone.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
