Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Influencer Marketing Manager role based in Gurugram for professionals with approximately 2–4 years of experience. The Influencer Marketing Manager will identify, evaluate, and onboard influencers and content creators across relevant platforms, ensuring alignment with client brand objectives and campaign goals. The role includes planning and executing end-to-end influencer campaigns, managing timelines, budgets, contracts, and deliverables, and coordinating with internal teams such as creative, social media, and account management. The individual will track performance metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to optimize ongoing and future campaigns. Day-to-day responsibilities also include relationship management with influencers and agencies, staying updated on trends, and proactively recommending new formats, platforms, and partnership opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in influencer marketing, including creator discovery, outreach, negotiation, and relationship management.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, and emerging channels) and digital content formats.
• Ability to plan and manage campaigns end-to-end, including budgeting, scheduling, coordination, and reporting.
• Analytical skills to interpret campaign performance data, prepare reports, and derive actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to brief influencers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, or digital agency roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Familiarity with influencer marketing tools, social listening, and analytics platforms is an advantage.
• Interest in content, pop culture, and digital trends, with a proactive approach to discovering new creators and formats.
