Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and facilitate interviews for candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
- Oversee recruitment processes and serve as the main contact for candidates.
- Source candidates via online platforms and social media.
- Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews, providing constructive feedback.
- Manage onboarding and guide new hires for a smooth transition.
- Engage with clients to explore new business opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to address workforce planning challenges.
