We are looking for a seasoned Senior Application Engineer (Instrumentation) to lead our technical and commercial operations across instrumentation trading, supply chain, and project execution.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

✅ Lead end-to-end technical evaluation of instrumentation requirements (pressure, temperature, flow, level, analytical)

✅ Prepare, review & negotiate RFQs, techno-commercial offers, and Purchase Orders with vendors & clients

✅ Ensure full technical compliance from inquiry to delivery — including FAT/SAT coordination

✅ Manage vendor qualification, performance tracking & documentation audits

✅ Provide application-level engineering support to clients across Oil & Gas, Power, Chemical & Process industries

✅ Mentor and guide junior engineers on technical and documentation standards

✅ Coordinate with internal teams, OEM principals, and project stakeholders for seamless order execution

✅ Maintain and improve technical & commercial record-keeping systems

🔹 Candidate Requirements

🎓 B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Instrumentation, Electronics, or related engineering field

📅 10–15 years of hands-on experience in instrumentation application engineering or technical sales

🔧 Strong knowledge of industrial instruments — pressure transmitters, flow meters, control valves, analyzers, level instruments

📋 Expertise in RFQ management, PO handling, datasheet review, and vendor coordination

💻 Proficient in MS Excel, Word, AutoCAD (basic), and ERP/documentation tools

🌐 Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and client-facing

🤝 Proven ability to manage multiple projects and vendors simultaneously
