Type: Full-time

Salary: 15,000-20,000 per month

Role Description

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Inventory & Warehouse Executive to spearhead our supply chain, stock control, and omnichannel fulfillment operations. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring 100% stock accuracy across all our sales channels, managing warehouse operations, and optimizing order fulfillment workflows.

A central part of this role will involve leveraging Unicommerce ERP to integrate, track, and manage live inventory, warehouse logistics, and incoming orders across multiple marketplaces and our native website. You will work closely with the production, e-commerce, and logistics teams to prevent stockouts, eliminate overstocking, and ensure seamless dispatch.

Key Responsibilities –

• Omnichannel Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain live, accurate inventory levels across all online platforms, including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Blinkit, and our Shopify website.
• ERP System Administration: Oversee daily operations within the Unicommerce ERP system for centralized inventory tracking, warehouse management (WMS), and automated order routing.
• Warehouse & Logistics Oversight: Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including stock inwarding, quality checks, systematic shelving, and picking/packing workflows.
• Fulfillment & Dispatch Coordination: Ensure multi-channel order processing is executed within strict marketplace SLAs (Service Level Agreements) to minimize order cancellations and delivery delays.
• Stock Reconciliation & Auditing: Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile them with ERP data to eliminate discrepancies between physical inventory and virtual marketplace listings.
• Demand Forecasting & Replenishment: Analyze sales velocity data across different platforms to forecast stock requirements, coordinating with production teams to ensure timely stock replenishment—especially ahead of peak winter seasons.
• Returns Management (RTO): Systematically log, evaluate, and restock returned items (Return to Origin) back into the active inventory pool via the ERP.

Qualifications and Skills –

• ERP Expertise: Proven experience working with advanced e-commerce ERP systems, with specific, hands-on knowledge of Unicommerce (Inventory, Warehouse, and Order Management modules) being a massive advantage.
• Marketplace Familiarity: Deep understanding of fulfillment models across major platforms (e.g., Amazon FBM/FBA, Flipkart Assured, Myntra PPMP/M-Direct, and quick-commerce models like Blinkit).
• Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis, stock reporting, and compiling inventory aging reports.
• Problem-Solving & Leadership: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage warehouse personnel, streamline operational bottlenecks, and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.

• Salary Budget: The fixed monthly CTC for this role is ₹15,000 to ₹20,000, depending on experience. Please ensure this budget aligns with your financial expectations before submitting your application.
