Operations Analyst (Gurgaon, in-office, 0-3 years) Full Time NEW

We are looking for an Operations Analyst with 0-3 years of experience in an analytical, quality, recruitment-operations, screening, or QA role, ready to work from our Gurgaon office (opposite Millennium Metro Station). This is the person who closes the feedback loop in our staffing business: you study what worked and what did not across our screening and client rounds, and you turn it into sharper questionnaires, better screening, and better profile decisions.

What you’ll do

• Review screen rejects and decide whether a rejected candidate should actually be reconsidered and sent to the client
• Analyse the full evidence set behind every decision: video recordings, post-screening reports, transcripts, coding screenshots, client feedback, the master PID document, the JD, the CV, the raw client JD, and screener comments
• Read client feedback on our submitted profiles and trace the root cause — was it the JD, the questionnaire, the screening quality, the JD-to-CV match, or the candidate
• Turn each analysis into a concrete improvement: a fixed questionnaire, a note to a screener, a JD correction, or a sourcing instruction to recruiters
• Maintain clean analysis trackers and feed your findings into our twice-daily review
  

What we’re looking for

• Technically literate: you understand technical and engineering vocabulary well enough to follow a coding screenshot or a technical interview transcript and judge whether the answer was strong — you do not need to be a coder yourself
• A technical or engineering academic background (B.Tech, B.E, BCA, MCA, BSc CS) is a strong plus
• Sharp structured thinking — you can take messy evidence and write a clean, defensible verdict with the reason behind it
• Solid communication — voice and writing both — since you will both write reports and talk to screeners and recruiters
• High ownership, disciplined follow-through, and a “find the root cause” attitude
• Comfortable with tools like Excel, Airtable, and AI copilots (Claude, Cluely), and fast at learning new ones
