The Data Entry Operator/ SAP Executive ), WAREHOUSE OPERATION Full Time NEW

The Data Entry Operator (DEO), Warehouse Operations is responsible for accurate and timely data entry of all warehouse transactions in the SAP /WMS system. The role ensures proper documentation, inventory accuracy, and smooth coordination between warehouse operations and clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. System & Data Management

• Enter GRN (Goods Receipt Note), dispatch, transfer, and return entries in ERP/WMS.
• Update inbound and outbound shipment details accurately.
• Maintain stock records and ensure system inventory matches physical inventory.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

2. Documentation & Record Keeping

• Prepare and maintain delivery challans, invoices, E-way bills, and gate passes.
• File and organize warehouse documents systematically.
• Maintain POD (Proof of Delivery) records.

3. Inventory Support

• Assist in cycle counts and physical stock verification.
• Identify and report stock discrepancies.
• Support FIFO/FEFO compliance in system entries.

4. Coordination

• Coordinate with warehouse supervisors, transporters, and clients.
• Provide shipment status updates when required.
• Support audit and compliance documentation.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate / Diploma (any stream preferred).
• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations in a 3PL environment.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Experience in ERP / SAP / WMS systems preferred.
• Strong data accuracy and attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of warehouse documentation.
• Good communication skills.

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
