Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketplace Specialist based in Noida HQ. The Marketplace Specialist will be responsible for managing online marketplace accounts, optimizing product listings, analyzing sales data, and developing strategies to maximize visibility and revenue. Additional responsibilities include coordinating marketing campaigns, keeping up-to-date with marketplace policies and trends, and ensuring excellent customer experience. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to align strategies and achieve business goals.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience with online marketplace management, including product listing optimization and account maintenance
- Strong data analysis skills to monitor sales trends and performance
- Knowledge of digital marketing, e-commerce strategies, and online customer engagement
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in using analytics tools and platforms
- Adaptability to evolving online marketplace policies and best practices
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Familiarity with the food and agricultural sectors is a plus
