AI Product Builder, Client Applications Full Time NEW

We are looking for a smart, hands-on product operator who can understand business needs, work with AI tools, manage client applications, and help turn ideas into usable product experiences.

Role Summary

GigaRev is hiring an AI Product Builder, Client Applications to manage, improve, and support client-facing applications across multiple industries.

This role is ideal for someone who combines product thinking, business understanding, AI tooling, workflow design, and strong execution. You do not need to be a traditional software engineer, but you should be comfortable using AI-assisted and no-code/low-code tools to build, test, improve, and manage applications.

You will work closely with clients, designers, engineers, founders, and delivery teams to translate business requirements into product improvements, document workflows, test user journeys, manage bugs, and coordinate releases.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Application Management

• Manage multiple client-facing applications across different industries and use cases.
• Understand each client’s business model, users, workflows, product goals, and expected outcomes.
• Track app functionality, user journeys, known issues, feature requests, and improvement opportunities.
• Maintain clear documentation for client applications, including workflows, integrations, access details, and release notes.

AI-Assisted Product Building

• Use AI-assisted, no-code, low-code, and modern app-building tools to support product updates and improvements.
• Help build or modify forms, dashboards, workflows, AI prompts, simple automations, reports, and user-facing experiences.
• Create prototypes or product improvements using tools such as Cursor, Replit, Lovable, Bolt, Airtable, Supabase, Zapier, Make, n8n, OpenAI, or similar platforms.
• Know when a task can be handled with AI-assisted tools and when it should be escalated to a senior engineer.

Product & Workflow Ownership

• Translate client feedback and business needs into clear product requirements.
• Identify gaps in user experience, workflows, reporting, admin controls, and client-specific configurations.
• Think through user permissions, edge cases, operational needs, and practical usability.
• Support product launches, pilots, demos, and ongoing client improvements.

QA, Testing & Documentation

• Test user flows before and after updates.
• Reproduce bugs and document issues clearly with screenshots, steps to reproduce, expected behavior, and actual behavior.
• Ensure forms, logins, dashboards, automations, AI features, and integrations are working as expected.
• Create internal documentation, client updates, training notes, and release summaries.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work with engineers, designers, automation specialists, client success teams, and leadership.
• Convert ideas and feedback into clear tasks for technical and non-technical teams.
• Coordinate with senior engineers for complex backend, database, security, authentication, or infrastructure work.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in product management, product operations, implementation, solutions consulting, technical project management, or a related role.
• Strong business judgment and ability to understand client workflows quickly.
• Comfortable using AI tools, no-code tools, low-code platforms, or modern app-building tools.
• Strong ability to document requirements, workflows, bugs, and product changes.
• Good understanding of user journeys, dashboards, forms, admin workflows, and reporting.
• Strong QA/testing mindset.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client applications, priorities, and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SaaS products, internal tools, client portals, AI applications, EdTech platforms, LMS platforms, CRM systems, or workflow automation.
• Familiarity with tools such as Cursor, Replit, Lovable, Bolt, Supabase, Airtable, Zapier, Make, n8n, OpenAI, Vapi, or similar platforms.
• Basic understanding of APIs, databases, authentication, integrations, and deployments.
• Experience working with engineers, designers, or technical teams.
• Experience building or managing AI chatbots, voice bots, training platforms, dashboards, assessments, or automation workflows.
