This role is about building that core system from scratch.

Role Overview

You will work directly with the founder to:

• Build and scale the core tech platform of Kefilo
• Translate lifestyle workflows into product features
• Create a system that connects users, data, and outcomes

What You’ll Build

• User onboarding & profiling (lifestyle, habits, goals)
• Daily tracking systems (food, movement, mental wellness)
• Recommendation engine (rule-based → data-driven)
• Admin dashboards for consultants
• Basic analytics & reporting

Key Responsibilities

• Product Development
• Build end-to-end features (frontend + backend)
• Convert business flows into usable product systems
• Focus on simplicity and usability
• System Thinking
• Design workflows for:
• Habit tracking
• Daily guidance
• Feedback loops
• Ensure product drives behavior change, not just usage
• Data & Logic Layer
• Structure user data meaningfully
• Build logic for recommendations (initially rule-based)
• Prepare system for future AI/data integration
• Iteration & Scaling
• Work in fast cycles (build → test → improve)
• Continuously refine based on user behavior

Tech Expectations (Flexible, Not Rigid)

• Strong understanding of frontend + backend development
• Experience with modern stacks (React / Node / Firebase / etc.)
• Ability to design clean, scalable architecture
• Basic understanding of APIs, databases, and deployment
