About the Role

We are looking for a creative and execution-focused Marketing & Communications Executive to strengthen our brand presence across digital and offline channels. This role combines content creation, digital marketing, branding, sales enablement, and event marketing within a dynamic B2B manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Content Marketing

• Create and manage content for LinkedIn, company websites, email campaigns, newsletters, and other marketing channels.
• Develop engaging marketing copy, product communications, and brand messaging.
• Ensure consistency of brand identity, tone, and visual communication across all platforms.

Digital Marketing

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns.
• Manage content calendars and ensure timely publishing.
• Support website content updates and optimization.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and marketing best practices.

Sales & Product Marketing Support

• Develop brochures, product catalogues, presentations, datasheets, and marketing collateral.
• Work closely with Sales and technical teams to translate product information into customer-friendly content.
• Support customer presentations, proposals, and marketing initiatives.

Events & Exhibitions

• Coordinate marketing materials and logistics for exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events.
• Manage event branding assets including banners, standees, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Capture and develop post-event marketing content.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Partner with Sales, R&D, and leadership teams to support business objectives.
• Coordinate with agencies, designers, printers, and external vendors.
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and timelines.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Marketing, Communications, Content Creation, or Graphic Design.
• Experience in B2B, manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or technical sectors is preferred.

Required Skills

• Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva.
• PowerPoint or Google Slides.
• LinkedIn Campaign Manager and digital marketing tools.
• Basic understanding of SEO and email marketing.
• Basic video editing skills for social media content.
• Strong content writing, proofreading, and communication skills.
