Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Facility Engineer at Incuspaze’s location in Lucknow. The Facility Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of workspace facilities. Daily tasks include monitoring building systems, supervising repairs and preventative maintenance, managing vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and optimizing facility resources. The role also involves identifying and addressing any technical issues to enhance workspace efficiency and functionality.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in building maintenance, electrical systems, HVAC systems, and plumbing
• Expertise in safety protocols, compliance standards, and risk management procedures
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and technical analysis skills
• Experience in vendor coordination, project management, and cost optimization
• Knowledge of facility management software and tools is a plus
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field
• Relevant certifications in facility management or maintenance (e.g., IFMA, FMP) are advantageous
