About Us

AAA Institutional Securities Private Limited is a financial services firm focused on institutional broking, debt markets, investment solutions, and capital market services. We are looking for a highly driven intern to work in building the firm’s technology, operations, compliance, research, and business development functions from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research capital market, broking, and regulatory developments.
• Assist with exchange applications, compliance documentation, and operational processes.
• Create investment presentations, mutual fund comparisons, PMS and AIF research reports.
• Develop databases covering institutional investors, family offices, corporate treasuries, and market participants.
• Track debt market opportunities, bond issuances, and fixed-income products.
• Build AI-powered workflows and automation systems to improve business productivity.
• Create SOPs, reports, presentations, dashboards, and management documentation.
• Support strategic projects across institutional broking, debt markets, and investment solutions.

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong AI tool proficiency (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, etc.)
• Excellent research and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Interest in financial markets is a plus.
• Ability to independently solve problems and execute projects with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint, Notion, Word, etc.

This role offers direct exposure in a financial services business and significant experience across capital markets, technology, operations, compliance, research, and strategy.
