HR Fresher (Human Resources) – Roles & Responsibilities – Assist in recruitment and hiring activities. – Screen resumes and shortlist candidates. – Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates. – Maintain employee records and HR databases. – Support onboarding and induction programs for new employees. – Help prepare HR documents, offer letters, and contracts. – Track employee attendance and leave records. – Assist in employee engagement and welfare activities. – Respond to basic employee queries regarding HR policies. – Support training and performance management activities.
