We are seeking a visionary Manager with strong expertise in luxury branding, digital strategy, and social media marketing to elevate our brand presence, drive client engagement, and support aggressive growth across digital and physical touchpoints.

Requirements:

·      Good eye for aesthetics and branding.

·      Proficient in Canva

·      Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends (Instagram, Facebook, Reddit etc.)

·      Basic copywriting skills (captions, hooks, CTAs)

·      Quick turnaround time and ability to meet deadlines

·      Organised with clear communications and feedback handling

·      Manage creative direction for photoshoots, campaigns, and branded content aligned with luxury aesthetics.

Deliverables:

• Manage and coordinate with external agencies for the digital marketing funnel – including SEO/SEM, paid media (Google Ads, Meta, etc.), retargeting, and email marketing.
• Oversee website content, UX/UI optimization, and conversion tracking.
• Manage performance analytics and KPIs to continuously optimize campaigns and ROI.
• Strategize and oversee content calendars and campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
• Manage influencer collaborations, paid partnerships, and community engagement efforts to grow a loyal following.
• Ensure social media reflects the aspirational, expert-led, and luxurious nature of the clinic.
• Drive lead generation campaigns to attract high-net-worth individuals and retain VIP clientele.
• Collaborate with front desk and CRM systems to build client journeys and nurture touchpoints.
• Launch seasonal promotions, events, and referral programs tailored for an upscale audience.
• Manage and mentor a small in-house marketing team and oversee external agencies, creatives, and freelancers.
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure all initiatives align with business objectives.
• Manage online reputation (reviews, testimonials, Google Business, etc.).

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
• 5-10 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role within luxury, beauty, healthcare, or lifestyle industries.
• Strong portfolio of successful brand campaigns and digital growth initiatives.
• Deep understanding of luxury consumer behaviour and high standards in aesthetics and service.
• Expertise in digital tools (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Experience working with dermatology, aesthetics, or wellness brands is highly preferred.
