About the Role

You’ll be working directly with the founder to shape brand identities, create content, and manage social presence across multiple niches. This isn’t a role where you execute someone else’s vision — you’ll be a connector too. Between strategy and design, between trends and what actually fits a brand, between what a founder imagines and what an audience feels.

What You’ll Do

• Design brand assets — logos, social templates, carousels, story formats, and more
• Conceptualize and edit short-form videos and Reels (15–60 sec)
• Co-develop social media strategy for new and growing brands
• Stay on top of platform trends and filter what’s actually relevant vs. what’s noise
• Craft content that tells a brand story, not just fills a feed
• Manage content calendars and ensure consistent posting
• Before finalising any creative, be able to walk through the thinking behind it — why this visual, why this format, why this tone
• Iterate based on performance — you understand what worked and why

What We’re Looking For

• 0–3 years of experience in design, social media, or brand content (freelance counts)
• Proficiency in Canva Pro and at least one of: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or CapCut
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates real brand work
• Strong visual sense with basic understanding of typography, color, and composition
• Comfortable working independently and managing your own deadlines

Bonus Points

• You’ve worked with early-stage or small brands before
• You have a sense of humour and strong opinions about bad design
