About the Role
As a Business Development Associate, you will:
• Identify and onboard new retail merchants
• Conduct market visits and generate business leads
• Present and demonstrate WinkelpeTech solutions to prospective clients
• Build strong relationships with merchants and business owners
• Gather market intelligence and competitor insights
- Responsible for the assigned revenue target for the given market
• Work closely with the leadership team on business growth initiatives
Who Should Apply?
• MBA Marketing 2026 batch passout
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
• Knowledge of the local language is an added advantage
• Confident in presentations and client interactions
• Self-motivated and eager to learn
• Comfortable working in a field-sales environment
Mandatory Requirements
• Own two-wheeler for local travel and merchant visits
• Own laptop for client demonstrations and presentations
Compensation: Starting 4 lacs per annum + Monthly sales Incetive program + Annual bonus
