Role Description This is a full-time Trainer role based in Jamshedpur with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site presence with some flexibility to work from home. The Trainer will design, update, and deliver training programs for new hires and existing team members across customer experience, digital transformation, and data-related services. Responsibilities include conducting classroom and virtual training sessions, creating training materials and assessments, and monitoring participant performance and learning outcomes. The role involves collaborating with operations and quality teams to identify skill gaps, align training content with project requirements, and support continuous performance improvement. The Trainer will maintain training reports, gather feedback, and contribute to enhancing the overall learning culture within the organization.
Qualifications

• Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse learner groups and simplify complex concepts.
• Experience in designing and delivering structured training modules, including classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training formats.
• Ability to assess training needs, create learning plans, and measure training effectiveness using assessments and performance metrics.
• Comfort with digital tools and learning platforms (e.g., LMS, video conferencing, presentation software) to support hybrid training delivery.
• Knowledge of BPM, BPO, customer experience, or contact center environments is highly desirable; exposure to digital transformation or data annotation is a plus.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and time management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple training batches.
• Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work closely with operations, quality, and HR teams in a diverse and inclusive environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in education, training, business, or related fields is an advantage.
