Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000/month + Incentives

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow up with student inquiries and leads
  • Make outbound calls and guide students on suitable courses
  • Convert leads into enrollments and achieve sales targets
  • Upsell courses to existing students
  • Maintain CRM records and reports

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of Sales/Counselling experience (EdTech preferred)
  • Strong Hindi & English communication skills
  • Comfortable with target-based calling
  • Age Creteria: 20 to 30 years only
