Job Title: Documentation Specialist

Job Summary

Seeking a Documentation Specialist to handle export documentation, coordinate with overseas warehouses, and provide back-office support to the International Marketing Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare Proforma Invoices, Commercial Invoices, and export-related documents.
• Coordinate with foreign warehouses and maintain MIS reports.
• Handle email communication with international customers via email.
• Update and manage records on ERP/CRM systems and international portals.
• Support the International Marketing Team with documentation and coordination.
• Ensure accuracy and timely processing of all documents.

Requirements

• MBA (Marketing/Finance) or Commerce Graduate.
• 3–8 years of experience in documentation, export coordination, or back-office operations.
• Knowledge of export documentation preferred.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in ERP/CRM systems and MS Office.
• Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.
