Performance Marketing Executive / Senior Executive
Job Overview
We are looking for a highly driven and analytical Performance Marketing professional to manage and scale paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Lead Generation and D2C eCommerce businesses, with the ability to optimize campaigns for performance, revenue growth, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
* Monitor daily campaign performance to ensure efficient delivery against CTR, CPC, CPM, CVR, CPL, and ROAS targets.
* Maintain daily performance reports, dashboards, and actionable insights.
* Collaborate closely with the Creative Head and Design Team to provide feedback, creative ideation, and performance-driven recommendations.
* Develop and execute media plans, budget allocation strategies, and scaling opportunities.
* Analyze campaign data to identify optimization opportunities and improve overall account performance.
* Manage campaign testing, audience segmentation, retargeting strategies, and funnel optimization.
* Ensure proper conversion tracking implementation across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Shopify.
* Coordinate and communicate directly with clients regarding campaign performance, strategy, and growth opportunities.
* Stay updated with platform changes, industry trends, and emerging digital marketing strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
– Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign management.
– Experience handling both Lead Generation and D2C eCommerce clients.
– Excellent communication and client management skills.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a performance-driven mindset.
– Self-starter with the ability to independently manage projects and deadlines.
– Well-versed with performance marketing metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, Conversion Rate, and ROAS.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Word.
– Advanced Excel knowledge including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis.
– Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, and analytics tools.
– Experience with Shopify tracking and performance optimization is mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications
– Graduate degree required; MBA preferred.
– Any Digital Marketing certification is mandatory.
– 2–5 years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
– Strong ability to interpret data, optimize campaign performance, and drive business growth.
