Role Description The Technical Back Office Assistant is a full-time role based in Nasik. This role supports day-to-day technical administrative operations, including preparing and maintaining documentation related to high voltage test equipment, service reports, and testing records. The position involves coordinating with field engineers and project teams, organizing data from testing and commissioning activities, and updating internal systems and databases. The Technical Back Office Assistant will handle customer queries via phone and email, assist in scheduling service visits, and follow up on pending tasks to support smooth project execution. The role also includes generating basic analytical summaries, assisting with quotations or proposals, and ensuring accurate filing and retrieval of technical information.

Qualifications

• Strong Back Office Operations and Administrative Assistance skills to manage documentation, data entry, scheduling, and records management.
• Solid Analytical Skills to organize technical data, prepare basic reports, and support tracking of testing and service activities.
• Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients, vendors, and internal technical teams.
• Comfort working with MS Office or similar tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic experience with databases or ERP/CRM systems.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a time-sensitive environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Interest in or exposure to electrical, power, or testing domains is an advantage; willingness to learn technical terminology and processes is essential.
