Marketing Head/ Manager IT Services and Solutions Full Time NEW

TESCRA India is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts for IT Services and Solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the IT services landscape and have proven experience marketing within the Global Capability Center (GCC) sector. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and ultimately, revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement strategic marketing plans aligned with TESCRA India’s business objectives for IT Services and Solutions.
2. Manage and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and events.
3. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market opportunities and inform marketing strategies.
4. Create compelling marketing collateral, including presentations, brochures, case studies, and website content, that effectively communicates the value proposition of our IT services.
5. Collaborate with sales teams to develop lead generation strategies and ensure alignment between marketing and sales efforts.
6. Track, measure, and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports on key metrics and ROI.
7. Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize impact.
8. Build and maintain strong relationships with industry partners, media, and influencers.

Educational Qualifications

1. Possession of an MBA degree is a mandatory requirement for this position.

Must-Have Skills

1. Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, preferably within the IT services industry.
2. Demonstrated experience in marketing to or within Global Capability Centers (GCCs).
3. Strong understanding of IT services and solutions offerings.
4. Proficiency in developing and executing digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing).
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
7. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Good-to-Have Skills

1. Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
2. Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
3. Experience in event marketing and management.
4. Familiarity with graphic design principles and tools.
