Assistant Marketing Manager – Professional Beauty & Salon Channel Full Time NEW

We are looking for a high-potential marketer to drive growth for our Professional Beauty (Salon Division) portfolio. This role offers exposure across Brand Management, New Product Development (NPD), Trade Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Salon Education.

You will work closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, R&D, Education, Creative Agencies, and Regional Teams to execute impactful brand initiatives and drive channel growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute annual brand plans, marketing calendars, and campaign launches
• Lead end-to-end NPD launches including positioning, packaging, GTM strategy, and launch tracking
• Conduct market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and channel opportunity assessment
• Partner with Sales teams to drive promotions, incentive programs, trade activations, and sell-through initiatives
• Develop salon communication, training materials, and marketing collateral
• Track brand performance, campaign ROI, and key business metrics
• Collaborate with Digital, R&D, Education, and Commercial teams to ensure strong market execution.

What We’re Looking

• For MBA (Marketing preferred) from a reputed institute
• 2–4 years of experience in Brand Management, Product Marketing, Trade Marketing, or Category Management
• Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Understanding of P&L, market analysis, and commercial planning.
