About the Role🎯

We are seeking skilled Citrix Administrators at Junior, Mid, and Senior levels to join our client’s team. The ideal candidates will support, manage, and optimize Citrix environments while ensuring high availability and performance across systems.

What you’ll do🔧

Junior Consultant (Citrix Admin / Shadow)

• Support Citrix administration under guidance from senior team members
• Assist in troubleshooting system and network issues
• Follow ITIL-based processes (incident, problem, change management)
• Participate in root-cause analysis activities
• Manage multiple tickets while ensuring minimal disruption

Mid-level Consultant (Citrix Admin)

• Perform all Junior-level responsibilities
• Build, deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot Citrix environments
• Administer XenApp, XenDesktop, and PVS images
• Manage Citrix farms and sites
• Work with VMware and Microsoft Active Directory

Senior Consultant (Citrix Admin)

• Perform all Mid-level responsibilities
• Design and develop Citrix farms and sites
• Lead PVS image creation and advanced configurations
• Manage Citrix policies and Microsoft Group Policies
• Work with Citrix NetScaler (ADC)
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior team members

What we’re looking for🕵️

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in Citrix

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Citrix technologies (depending on level)
• Solid networking and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with ITIL processes
• Ability to manage multiple issues efficiently

Soft Skills

• Strong communication skills (English required).
• Collaboration and teamwork.
• Analytical thinking.
• Problem‑solving ability.
