🎓 Qualification: Any Full‑Time Graduate (15 years of education)

✔ International Voice Support experience
✔ Excellent English communication skills (Speak / Read / Write)
✔ Strong customer handling abilities
✔ Willingness to work night shifts
✔ Ready for WFO – Bengaluru location

- Handle international customer interactions via voice support
- Resolve queries with empathy and professionalism
- Build customer rapport through active listening
- Deliver solutions by navigating internal systems
- Adapt quickly to tools, technologies, and evolving processes
