Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Testing Specialist. The Testing Specialist will be responsible for designing, executing, and documenting test cases, analyzing testing results, and ensuring software reliability and performance. Additional tasks include identifying areas for improvement and communicating effectively with team members to resolve issues and implement solutions, all while meeting project timelines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to assess issues and make data-driven decisions
• Hands-on experience with Testing and creating Test Cases
• Expertise in Software Testing methodologies and tools
• Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Ability to work independently and in remote environments
• Detail-oriented and organized with strong problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant field preferred
• Familiarity with agile or iterative development methodologies is a plus
