·       10+years in Digital Workplace / EUC / IT Infrastructure

·       Strong expertise in Microsoft Intune & M365 with Exposure to AI adoption in the workplace or IT operations

·       Proven leadership across a global matrix Organization, multi‑country, manufacturing & NSC Offices.

·       Executive communication & change leadership capabilities

·       Strong Operational excellence with Team Leadership.

·       Multiple Supplier management with internal Stakeholder management.

·       Drive Modern Workplace & M365 adoption (VDI, Windows 11, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive).

·       Enable AI‑powered workplace capabilities (Copilot, AI‑assisted support & self‑service).

·       Own End‑User Services: Service Desk, on‑site support, mobility, conferencing, printing.

·       Ensure security, compliance, and stability across office & manufacturing environments.

·       Drive standardization, automation, and cost optimization across IAP.

·       Represent IAP in Global Digital Workplace / AI governance forums.

·       Driving and managing the Workplace IT operations.

·     Accountability of managing the knowledge Documentation & Strong Team Building
