Role Description As a Founders’ Office Intern at Social Square Media, you will work closely with the founding team on a variety of strategic, operational, and administrative projects. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Mumbai, with a mix of in-office work and some flexibility to work from home. On a day-to-day basis, you will assist with research and analysis for new initiatives, help prepare presentations, documents, and reports, and support coordination between teams and external partners. You may contribute to project tracking, meeting follow-ups, and maintaining organized documentation and dashboards. The role offers exposure to decision-making processes, startup operations, and cross-functional collaboration across marketing, business development, and operations.

Qualifications

• Strong research, analysis, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize information into clear insights and recommendations.
• Comfort with documentation, presentation creation (e.g., slides, briefs), and basic data organization using spreadsheets or similar tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and clarity in emails, reports, and internal updates.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, including task prioritization, meeting coordination, and follow-through on action items.
• Interest in startups, digital media, and social platforms, with a willingness to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams while also handling independent responsibilities with accountability.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficiency with standard office and collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace or MS Office, messaging and project-tracking tools) is an advantage.
