Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Seasoning Development Savory professional. The individual will be responsible for innovating and developing savory seasonings, working closely with cross-functional teams to understand market trends and client needs. Daily tasks will include formulating, testing, and refining seasoning blends while ensuring alignment with safety and quality standards. Collaboration with sales, production, and research departments will be integral to the role. Attention to detail and creativity in creating new flavor profiles will be a key aspect of this position.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to assess data, refine formulations, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Effective Communication skills to collaborate with teams, present ideas, and engage with clients and stakeholders.
• Experience or familiarity with Software Development and Programming is advantageous for leveraging digital tools in product design and optimization.
• Sales acumen to understand market demands and align product offerings with customer requirements.
• Creativity and expertise in flavor development for savory products are essential.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in the food and beverage industry, particularly in seasoning or flavor development, is a strong advantage.
• Proven ability to work in an on-site, cross-functional team environment.
