E-COMMERE GENERALIST Full Time NEW

We are looking for a highly organized and execution-focused E-commerce Operations Generalist to support the day-to-day growth and operations of our skincare and lifestyle businesses.

This is not a strategy-only role. We are looking for someone who enjoys getting things done, following up, solving problems, and keeping projects moving.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketplace operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa and other channels

• Track inventory, dispatches and stock planning

• Coordinate with agencies, designers, logistics partners and internal teams

• Assist with product launches and campaign execution

• Monitor sales performance and prepare reports

• Follow up on pending tasks and ensure deadlines are met

• Support hiring, vendor management and operational projects when required

• Help streamline systems and processes across the business

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in E-commerce Operations, Marketplace Management, Brand Operations or related roles

• Experience working with Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa or D2C brands preferred

• Strong follow-up and execution skills

• Comfortable working directly with founders

• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills

• Detail-oriented and highly organized

Pay: ₹15,000.00 – ₹27,000.00 per hour
