Role Description This full-time, on-site Network Engineer (Wi-Fi) role is based in Vadodara. The Network Engineer will design, deploy, and optimize Wi-Fi networks for a variety of customer environments, including conducting wireless site surveys, planning access point placement, and configuring network equipment. Daily responsibilities include monitoring Wi-Fi performance, troubleshooting connectivity and performance issues, and implementing changes to improve stability, coverage, and capacity. The role also involves configuring and maintaining network security controls on wireless infrastructures, documenting network designs and configurations, and collaborating with internal teams and clients to ensure solutions meet technical and business requirements. The engineer will provide post-deployment support, perform regular health checks, and assist with upgrades and expansions of existing wireless networks.
Qualifications

• Strong Network Engineering and Network Design skills, especially in Wi-Fi architectures, RF planning, and implementation.
• Proficiency in Network Administration, including configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of routers, switches, controllers, and access points.
• Hands-on experience with Troubleshooting complex network and Wi-Fi issues using diagnostic tools, logs, and performance metrics.
• Solid understanding of Network Security for wireless networks, including authentication, encryption standards, access control, and best practices.
• Familiarity with wireless standards (802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax), spectrum analysis tools, and enterprise Wi-Fi solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CWNA/CWNP, CCNA Wireless/Enterprise, CompTIA Network+) are preferred.
• Ability to work on-site at customer locations, document work clearly, and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
