Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain company IT infrastructure, systems, and networks.
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, printers, emails, and networking issues.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, operating systems, and applications.
- Monitor system performance and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.
- Handle user account management, data backup, antivirus, and system security.
- Coordinate with vendors for IT procurement, AMC, and service support.
- Support ERP/software-related issues and coordinate with internal departments.
- Maintain IT asset records and documentation.
- Ensure timely resolution of technical issues across locations.
- Travel to Head Office and other company locations as required. Travel expenses for locations other than the assigned job location will be reimbursed as per company policy.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Windows OS, MS Office, email configuration, and basic server management.
- Understanding of LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and internet connectivity.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- Relevant experience in IT support/system administration preferred.
